Return Conditions:

Items must be unworn, free of odors, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns of panties, bodysuits, items with direct skin contact, or white pieces.
Sale or discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
To request an exchange or return:

Email us at guarateintimates@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request.
Our team will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days, as preferred.
