1.  How do I choose the right size?
You can check our Size Guide, available on every product page. Our lingerie follows Brazilian sizing, which typically runs smaller than American sizes. When in doubt between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.

2.  Does the store accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. Guarate Intimates accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, for items that are unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and no signs of use.
For hygiene reasons, panties, bodysuits, white pieces, and items with direct skin contact are not eligible for return or exchange.

3.  How does the refund process work?
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit within 5 to 7 business days.

4.  What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, we will exchange it at no cost.
Guarate Intimates will cover the return shipping and send you a new item.
If the exchange is for personal reasons (such as size), shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

5.  What happens if my package is lost?
If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship your items free of charge.

6.  Are your products made in the U.S. or Brazil?
Guarate Intimates is a Brazilian brand. We are manufacturers of lingerie in Brazil, and all products are made there and imported to the U.S., ensuring quality and authenticity.

7.  Is your website secure?
Yes! Our website is protected by SSL security certificates, ensuring that all your data and payment information remain safe and private.

8.  What is the shipping time for orders?
We ship all orders within 3 business days after payment confirmation. This allows us time to carefully separate, check, and package your items.

9.  How does the affiliate program work?
